Our main services are as follows:

• Our estimating department receive enquiries for projects and return a competitive price for the work.

• We have four 3D StruCAD workstations and two fully qualified and experienced draughtspersons, and also two draughtspersons in training, who will detail full projects and wire frames.

• The information is then transferred to our Peddinghaus Saw and Drill line, to commence the fabrication process.

• The steel will then go through our Gietart shot-blasting machine, and blasted to the appropriate grade, usually to grade SA 2.5

• We have two plate machines – one being the Geka Alfa 500 plate and angle line and the other being a Peddinghaus plate line.  These will fabricate end-plates, base-plates, bracing gussets, etc

• Our fabricators will then fabricate the plates and cleats to the member as it is drawn on the fabrication drawings from the office, and welders will then weld it to the exact specification needed.

• The next stage is then the paintshop were all parts of a job will be painted to a specified type, colour and thickness.  We can also have whole or parts of projects galvanised or fire-painted.

• The finished steelwork will then be transported to site in loads.

• We then sub-contract the erection of the steelwork to a number of experienced erection companies whom we have good working relationships with.

This is the majority of the services provided but we are also able to price for design and build and cladding if required.
